Terms of use
These terms govern your use of Prime Capacity at primecapacity.com, including the supply maps and the paid JSON API.
Effective 28 September 2026.
Acceptance
By viewing the site or calling the API you agree to these terms, the privacy policy, and the cookie policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
What this site is
Prime Capacity is an informational map of United States supply chains: products, components, materials, domestic versus imported share, demand, and similar catalog figures. It is provided so you can see where there may be an opportunity in the market.
It is not investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, commodity, project, or company. It is not an offer of securities. Figures are estimates compiled from public sources and our own modeling. They can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong.
No reliance; your risk
You use the site and API entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for any decision you make after looking at the maps, scores, market sizes, or API data — including whether to invest, not invest, or build capacity. We do not warrant that following a high opportunity score, a gap, or any other signal will produce a profit or avoid a loss.
As-is; no warranties
The site, catalog, scores, and API are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that defects will be corrected.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of Prime Capacity and its contributors are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the site or API, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, investment losses, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if we were told they were possible. If a jurisdiction does not allow a full exclusion, our total liability for all claims relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid us for API access in the 30 days before the claim, or USD 0 if you paid nothing.
Paid API and crypto
The interactive website is free. Some /api/v1 routes require an exact USDC payment on the Base network
using the x402 protocol. Blockchain transactions are public and typically irreversible. We do not hold your private keys,
cannot reverse a confirmed payment, and do not refund gas or USDC because you dislike the data, a figure is wrong,
or a request failed after settlement. You are responsible for wallet security, network choice, and tax reporting.
Prices and networks are described in the API catalog; they may change.
Acceptable use
You may not: scrape in a way that disrupts the service; attempt to break security or payment checks; replay or forge payment authorizations; misrepresent the data as our advice; or use the site for unlawful activity.
Intellectual property
The Prime Capacity name, layout, and original compilation of the catalog are ours. You may view and share links to pages. You may not republish the dataset as your own product without permission, except that paid API responses may be used in your own tools subject to these terms.
Third-party services
The site may load Google Analytics and other infrastructure. Their terms and privacy policies apply to those services. We are not responsible for third-party sites you reach from outbound links.
Changes and termination
We may change the catalog, scores, prices, or these terms at any time. The effective date will be updated. Continued use is acceptance. We may suspend the site or API without notice.
General
These terms are the entire agreement for use of the site. If a part is unenforceable, the rest remains. Failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. They are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of the site, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You bring any dispute in a forum with jurisdiction over that operator, except that we may seek injunctive relief anywhere.
