Legal
Privacy policy
This policy describes how Prime Capacity (primecapacity.com) handles information when you use the website and the paid JSON API.
Effective 28 September 2026.
Who we are
Prime Capacity is a public map of United States supply chains from raw materials to finished goods. It is an information tool, not a brokerage, bank, or investment adviser. In this policy, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean the operator of the Prime Capacity site.
No accounts
The website does not offer user accounts, profiles, or logins. We do not ask for your name, email address, or payment card. If you never call the paid API, we do not receive a wallet address from you.
Information we process
- Usage data. Pages you open, date and time, approximate location derived from IP address, browser type, language, and referring URL.
- Technical data. IP address, user agent, and similar request headers needed to serve the site, prevent abuse, and keep a Blazor Server session working.
- API payments. If you pay for
/api/v1with x402, we process the public blockchain data required to verify and settle an exact USDC payment on Base: wallet address, authorization, nonce, amount, and transaction hash. That data is public on-chain. We also store the nonce locally so the same authorization cannot be replayed. - Content you send. Optional query bodies on paid API routes (for example a gaps query or a bill-of-materials swap). We use those only to answer the request.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use the catalog or API to build advertising profiles.
Analytics
When enabled, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google tag) to understand which pages are used. Google may set cookies and process IP address and device data under Google’s privacy policy. We also use Umami for first-party page-view counts. Umami is configured to record page path, host, referrer, language, and user agent; it is not used for ads.
See the cookie policy for cookies and similar storage.
Legal bases and sharing
We process this information to operate the site, measure use, settle API payments, and protect against fraud or abuse. We share data with infrastructure providers (hosting, Google Analytics when enabled) only as needed to run those services. Blockchain payments are visible to anyone who can read the Base network.
Retention
Server and analytics logs are kept only as long as needed for security, debugging, and aggregate statistics. Payment nonces are kept to prevent replay. On-chain records are outside our control and remain on the network.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser, use tracking protection, or stop using the site. Blockchain payments cannot be made private after they are confirmed. We do not have a marketing list to unsubscribe from.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 16. Do not use it if you are under that age.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will change. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
